Smooth migration, great support

I recently moved my agency's main site to Pagely's Enterprise Managed WordPress Hosting. The ordering process was straightforward online, though I did have a few questions about specific AWS configurations which their sales team clarified promptly via email. The free migration service was a huge plus; their tech team handled everything, and downtime was minimal, maybe 15 minutes during the final DNS switch. Took 5 days to reach Denver, then they migrated. Performance has been noticeably better since, especially page load times on our more complex pages. Support tickets get answered quickly, usually within an hour, and their responses are always detailed and helpful. It feels like a premium service, and it's delivered.

Consistent results, reliable

This is our third year with Pagely, using their WordPress for Higher Education solution. We initially started with a smaller plan and upgraded to Dedicated WordPress Clusters as our needs grew. Each time, the transition was seamless. I keep coming back because their uptime is consistent, and the security features like WordPress Security Services give me peace of mind. Support has always been responsive, and they understand complex university environments. You pay for quality, and they deliver it every time.

Fast hosting, simple process

Switched to Pagely for my media site. The WordPress Performance Optimization is legit. Site loads much faster now. Setup was easy. Support helped with one small question. Good experience.

Good performance, high price tag

We signed up for Managed WooCommerce Hosting last month for our online store. Performance is solid, definitely faster than our previous host, and we haven't had any issues with traffic spikes during a small promotion we ran. The Global CDN Integration really seems to help. However, the cost is quite a bit higher than what we were paying before. I understand it's enterprise-grade, but it's a significant investment for a growing business. Also, initial setup could have been a little more guided; I had to dig through some documentation for a few things that felt like they could have been part of an onboarding checklist.

Thinking of moving my big e-commerce site to Pagely. Do they really do free migrations like it says on the site? Mine is pretty complex.

F Faith Marsh 2 months ago
Yeah, they do free migrations. I moved my multisite install over last year and it was pretty painless, they handled everything. Just make sure you talk to them about your specific setup.

They do, but for really complex stuff like custom database integrations or super high traffic, it might be worth double checking with their sales team. From my experience though, they're usually pretty good about it.

Hey, I'm looking at Pagely for my university's main site. Is it actually HIPAA compliant? That's a huge deal for us.

S Sarah 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they are. They mention HIPAA compliance specifically on their site under their healthcare solutions. Probably worth a direct chat with their sales folks to get all the details for your specific needs though.

Yep, they definitely offer HIPAA compliant hosting. My friend uses them for a healthcare client and they had to go through a whole compliance audit, which Pagely helped with.

how long does it take for setup once I sign up for Pagely? I'm in a hurry to get my new site launched.

A Alex E. 2 months ago
If you're doing a new install, it's pretty quick, like within a day or two for basic setup. For migrations, it depends on how complex your site is, but they're usually pretty efficient.

Mine was up and running fast. I think the longest part was just waiting for DNS propagation, which isn't really their fault.

Trying to decide between Pagely and Kinsta. My site gets some serious traffic spikes, especially during product launches. How does Pagely handle that?

L Lisa T. 2 months ago
Pagely is built on AWS, so it's designed for scalability. They have features specifically for handling high traffic like auto-scaling and caching. Kinsta is good too, but Pagely feels more enterprise-grade for spikes.

They use something called Pagely Mercury which is supposed to be super optimized for performance and handling big loads. I've heard good things from others with similar traffic patterns.

I'm a developer and want to try them out before committing a client's site. Do they have any kind of free trial or sandbox environment?

K Kevin 3 months ago
Yeah, they offer a developer trial. You should contact their sales team about it, I think it's usually for a limited time or specific for enterprise-level clients to test their setup.

I got a trial from them a while back. It's not public on the site I don't think, so you just gotta ask. Good way to kick the tires.
